the other stuff didn't.
I grew up working in HVAC. My dad was an HVAC technician, and I spent every summer in customers' attics and crawlspaces — watching him fight software too clunky to actually use in the field.
Run a Call is the platform he should've had. Built by someone who knows what 110° in an attic feels like — for shops that want to grow without a three-year contract or a full-time admin just to run the software.
